From the Jungle to Your Door

Every item in Gus’s collection—from a soft t-shirt to a framed print of the jungle—is made to order. This means we don’t keep a dusty warehouse full of boxes; instead, your item is created specially for you the moment you ask for it.

1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Crafting Time: Because each item is custom-printed, please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.

  • Tracking Your Package: Once your item leaves the “clearing” and heads your way, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can watch its journey.

  • Shipping Times: Depending on where you live, shipping usually takes an additional 5–10 business days. We appreciate your patience as the vines are cleared and the path is made.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are printed on demand especially for you, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for “change of heart” or incorrect size selection. We kindly ask that you double-check our size guides and descriptions before placing your order.

3. If Something Goes Wrong (Damaged or Misprinted)

Gus and Willow Stone want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged, or if there is a clear error in the printing (a “tangle in the vines”), we are happy to make it right.

  • What to do: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.

  • What to send: Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage or the error.

  • Our Promise: We will work with our printing partners to get a replacement sent out to you at no extra cost.

4. Lost Packages

If the tracking shows your package was delivered but you can’t find it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office first. If it truly went missing in the deep brush, reach out to us and we will see how we can help.

Gus likes things to be simple and sturdy. By printing items only when they are ordered, we reduce waste and keep the jungle a little greener. Thank you for your patience and for bringing a piece of Gus’s world into yours.
